How quickly will my order be processed and sent out?
We stock items from multiple warehouses across multiple countries, so this time does vary. Generally all orders are processed and shipped out within 1 – 5 business days.
How long will my item take to arrive?
As we stock items from all over the world, the shipping time is subject to where your item is warehoused. Click the ‘Shipping’ tab on the product page to find out the approximate waiting time.
Will my items be sent with a tracking number?
Yes, all our items are sent with a tracking number.
Do you send your items via insured?
Yes we can if you like, however it’s generally not necessary. If you’re concerned then you do have the option to add postal insurance to your order :)
Will you send all my items in one box?
As we get our stock from many different factories, some are ready for shipping quicker than others. In order to get each item to you as quickly as possible, sometimes they are sent in multiple packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. What is your Return / Replacement Policy like?
Our Return Policy is designed to be as fair and reasonable as possible to both parties. In every event, whatever the circumstances may be, we strive to care for your best interests by imagining how we would like to be treated if we were in the situation of the buyer who requested a return. If your request is fair and balanced, then we will always be happy to approve your refund request. In the unfortunate event however that someone demands a refund without giving a fair reason -or without qualifying for a refund in all fairness- then the refund request will be rejected. While we always do our best to take the customers situation into consideration, we ask that you please also do the same for us.
When do you give refunds / replacements?
We are not only sellers, but we are also buyers, so we certainly understand the need to get what you paid for! If you encounter any negative experience while buying from us then please let us know. Whatever your experience is, if a return or refund or replacement is necessary (or expected in fairness) then you can count on us to approve it.
When do you NOT give refunds?
We do not give refunds when the buyer simply changed their mind. We are happy to provide refunds when the request is fair and balanced, taking both the buyer and the seller into consideration. If the item is received damaged, not as described or not as it appeared in the photographs, then you can request a refund and we will absolutely honor it :)
