Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?

Yes we do offer a Money Back Guarantee on all items. As we stand behind every item we sell, we guarantee that the item you purchase will be received by you, brand new, undamaged, as described and as photographed on the page from where you purchased it. If you ever receive an item from us that does not match the description, is different than in the photographs or is damaged, then please contact us immediately so we can compensate you and make things right without delay!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, for all orders greater than $50, free shipping is included.

Where are your items shipped from?

We stock items from all over the world, from the USA to China, so the answer really depends on which item you’re referring to.

How quickly will my order be processed and sent out?

We stock items from multiple warehouses across multiple countries, so this time does vary. Most orders are sent out within 3 – 5 business days.

How long will the item take to arrive?

As we stock items from all over the world, the shipping time is subject to where your item is warehoused. Click the ‘Shipping’ tab on the product page to find out the approximate waiting time.

Will my items be sent with a tracking number?

Yes, all our items are sent with a tracking number.

Do you send your items via insured?

Yes we can if you like, however it’s generally not necessary. If you’re concerned then you do have the option to add postal insurance to your order :)

Do you have a returns/exchange policy?

Do you give refunds?

Yes in some cases we do, you may view our Refunds Policy by clicking the relevant link below this page.

Will you send all my items in one box?

As we get our stock from many different factories, some are ready for shipping quicker than others. In order to get each item to you as quickly as possible, sometimes they are sent in multiple packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept every major credit card and debit card. We also accept PayPal and a range of other payment providers.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $50usd.

Subject to the location of the warehouse where your item is shipped, delivery times vary from 5 business days up to 21 business days. Delivery times may increase in peak periods such as over Holiday dates.

The quickest way to estimate when your order will arrive is to look up the tracking information provided to you at the time of your purchase.

We strive to answer all emails within 12 hours, however -depending on inquiry volume- we may occasionally respond within 48 hours.
